Upload an Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV (.csv) file containing your team data.
The file should have columns named exactly: "TeamID", "Community", "Division", "HeadCoach".
TeamID will be used as the Firebase key. If left blank, Firebase will generate one.
If "TeamID" exists in Firebase, that team will be updated. Otherwise, a new team will be created.
